london fog

I love tea lattes!  They're a great consolation prize for days I'm avoiding coffee.  Plus...they're just plain wonderful!  Here's how I make my London Fogs.

Bring water to nearly-boiling, and pour about a half-cup over a black tea bag (I like to use Earl Grey, Lady Grey, or English Breakfast) and steep for several minutes.  I just let it steep while I heat up my espresso machine to steam the milk.  For a dairy-free version, use almond milk.  I put a bit of Stevia in mine and keep it in the freezer for a few minutes to help the frothing process.

Steam your milk and pour it over the tea until the mug is full, and enjoy!
