instabreakfast


1 leaf of kale, chopped + 2 tbsp onion, chopped + 1 piece of bacon, broken up + 2 eggs + butter + salt + a few slivers of Wisconsin Jack cheese + 1/2 tsp minced garlic = saute'd, mixed, slightly scrambled, kale'd, folded, flipped, cheese'd omelet.  Gluten-free millet potato bread on the side.
